It annoys me greatly when the rabid fans try to twist everything to prove it is canon (even on Finland’s side) and bash other pairings because ‘they get on the way of SuFin!!’, or ‘it’s so canon, Finland is Sweden’s waifu!’. It annoys me even more when they demonised Denmark to the point where he’s an insane psychopath who drove Sweden to run away with Finland after raping and torturing him into almost insanity. Or have him as a creepy stalker with a crush who will do anything, ANYTHING to get his beloved ‘Ber’ back from that ‘whore’. In fact, it’s almost always Denmark or Russia being absolute bastards just so that Sweden and Finland can be together. Fuckin’ Hell does that shit get old.
